What Hand Wash Station Rental Covers

Last updated: November 2026

VA Toilet Pros provides hand wash station rental services in Emporia, Virginia. The agreed service may include delivery, placement, setup, collection, and other listed work for the rented station.

Your quote or written confirmation will identify the equipment, service dates, location, and any included servicing. Tell us about access, power, water, drainage, and site conditions before booking; arrangements for utilities or wastewater handling must be agreed separately when needed.

Rental does not include permits, health inspections, plumbing, construction, staffing, or regulatory approval unless our written agreement specifically says otherwise. Customers are responsible for checking requirements with the local health district and other authorities.

Rules that may apply include Virginia Food Regulations, 12VAC5-421, temporary food establishment permit conditions, FDA Food Code handwashing provisions, OSHA sanitation rules at 29 CFR 1926.51 and 1910.141, and Virginia wastewater requirements. Accessible routes and sinks may be subject to the 2010 ADA Standards and applicable guidance from the Virginia Department of Health, Virginia Department of Environmental Quality, Occupational Safety and Health Administration, U.S. Food and Drug Administration, or U.S. Access Board.

Booking, Changes, and Cancellation Notice

Appointments and rental dates are arranged with VA Toilet Pros by phone or email. A booking is confirmed when we accept the requested schedule and provide written confirmation or a quote that you approve. Please provide the delivery address, event or work dates, site access details, and a reliable contact person when requesting service.

Contact us as soon as possible to cancel, reschedule, or change a booking. Any cancellation charges or deadlines will be stated in the quote or confirmation; if none are stated, ask us before relying on a change.

We will explain whether a requested date is available and whether a change affects the quoted work or amount. A scope change means adding, removing, or changing equipment or services.

We will seek your approval before proceeding with added work or cost. Weather, access restrictions, or other site conditions may require a schedule adjustment; we will contact you to discuss practical options. Changes are not final until confirmed by both sides.

Quotes, Charges, and Payment

VA Toilet Pros provides a quote based on the information available about the rental period, station, delivery location, access, and requested work. Review the quote for the listed equipment, service dates, included tasks, payment timing, and any stated additional charges.

A quote is not a booking until you approve it and we confirm the schedule. If site details or requested services change, the quote may need to be revised.

Payment is due according to the terms shown in your quote, invoice, or written confirmation. Please contact us if you need clarification before approving the work.

We will not add an unapproved scope change or related charge without seeking your consent. If a change is needed during service, we will explain its effect on the work and cost and request approval first.

Any taxes, fees, or other charges will be identified in the applicable quote or invoice. These terms do not create a financing offer or promise a particular price.

Service Work and Equipment Concerns

VA Toilet Pros will perform the work described in the accepted quote with reasonable care. These terms do not establish a separate workmanship warranty, coverage period, or guarantee beyond commitments stated in a written quote or other written agreement. Rental equipment remains subject to the specific equipment and service details confirmed for your booking.

Please inspect the station after delivery and tell us promptly if it appears damaged, is not in the agreed location, or does not match the confirmed arrangement. For an issue during the rental, contact us with a clear description and, when practical, photographs so we can assess the concern.

Do not alter, repair, relocate, or connect equipment without authorization. Damage or problems caused by misuse, unauthorized changes, unsafe site conditions, or circumstances outside our control may not be covered by any written commitment.

If a written agreement provides a remedy or coverage period, that document controls its scope and duration. Nothing in this section removes rights that cannot legally be waived.

Responsibility for Site Conditions and Losses

Customers must provide accurate site information, safe access, and any required permissions, and must use the station as agreed. To the extent permitted by Virginia law, VA Toilet Pros is not responsible for pre-existing site conditions, unavailable utilities, improper wastewater disposal, customer misuse, or decisions made by regulators or other authorities. We do not provide legal or regulatory approval, and a rental does not establish compliance with food, workplace, accessibility, or wastewater rules.

Applicable requirements may include Virginia Food Regulations, 12VAC5-421, FDA Food Code handwashing provisions, OSHA sanitation standards at 29 CFR 1926.51 and 1910.141, Virginia local wastewater rules, and applicable accessibility provisions of the 2010 ADA Standards. The relevant authority determines how those rules apply to a particular site.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for a claim related to the agreed service will not exceed the amount paid for that service. This limit does not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot legally be limited.

Service Expert at VA Toilet Pros

I started this rental service in Emporia after seeing how often local events and job sites needed a dependable handwashing setup, not just a sink dropped at the curb. Working around Southside Virginia’s rural roads, changing weather, and varied site layouts taught me to plan delivery and placement around the way each location actually operates.
